Isn't this a subject for the classic forum? Spinks maybe had more skill but is hampered by a glass chin and heart.

The only one he was ever stopped by was an ATG, 218 pound power puncher in a young Mike Tyson who hit him with a flush shot he didn't see coming (he was looking at the canvas when the punch landed). I don't think that quite indicates a glass chin, granted it may indicate his vulnerability to power punchers. But Lewis was stopped twice in one punch by Rahman and McCall and I don't consider them (or most anyone) harder punchers than prime Tyson. Despite that, he lasted with and defeated harder hitters

Michael had the better career, but I don't see where he's the better fighter than Leon in his prime. Leon just burnt out after his second year because he had too much success too early in his career. Leon has the pressure to keep Dempsey honest. Michael was a great light heavyweight, but against top heavyweight competition that isn't old or shot I see Michael getting run over every time.
