yes i agree, but tyson was not better than dempsey in everything, dempsey had more stamina, he had faster legs,more heart, he was stronger mentally and dempsey was tested against big guys(obviously not against tyson) but still it give him more credit. prime vs prime , the size is a factor yes, but i am not sure 100%, maybe 60%vs 40% i pick tyson, but i am pretty sure that dempsey would kill any version of tyson post buster douglas. tyson was very weak mentally post rooney
Most versions of Tyson knock out Dempsey within 3-5 rounds, technically better, faster, stronger, harder hitting, better chin. And even a slowed Tyson with less stamina takes advantage of the smaller man Tyson for 18yo-Lewis Version and everything inbetween knocks out Prime Dempsey

1_ tunney ran during all the fight from dempsey to survive , they extended the ring in the second fight because gene wanted it to run better from dempsey. 2_ maybe douglas was down more than 10 seconds but anyway he got up and he knocked tyson out, tuney was down more than 10 seconds and he ran during all the fight, he never knocked dempsey out, great difference.and i was not talking about douglas , i said " post prison tyson fought guys like mcneley,sheldon or bruno, when he faced a real fighter like holyfield, he was exposed", and douglas was not a great fighter, he was a bum. 3_ holyfield was fighting at time that tyson was in prision, so Tyson was more inactive but evander was more worn-out. evander (older than tyson) destroyed tyson, tunney(prime) ran from dempsey (past prime) and jack was stolen in the rematch, great difference. 4_ali is 7 years older than foreman, not 10, ali never gave to george a rematch,foreman was green mentally, and ali was a ****ing master, ali would beat tyson as well. holyfield did beat tyson in a rematch too.
dempsey was stoped 1 time in 77 fights(when he was green), tyson was stoped 5 times in 58 fights, so how tyson did have better chin?,plus firpo did put dempsey out of the ring, jack got up and he won the fight, when tyson did it? never!!! when he was down he lost the fight
You are insulting and condescending to modern fighters in every other post you make, you've gone as far to say that they're not even men. All the time when speaking of a Soldier Fireman Kid, or a Sugar Fat Chocolate, you feel the need to claim how they'd surely lick any and all modern fighters. You don't get a free pass to be a condescending ass just because you're aged, they didn't beat my generation with cains, it doesn't work like that anymore. Well if Mayweather doesnt want to risk ending up drooling and disabled for our pleasure, he deserves not to, he's had a great career and beaten better fighters than Dempsey did. You constantly mention the state of the game in recent decades, rule changes and money as to why its inferior. But we see the early 1900's generation on film and its not impressive. They were mostly a bunch of cigar smoking pub brawlers fighting for abit of cash, showcasing nowhere near the level of skill and technique that has been shown throughout recent times. Dempsey didn't fight many punchers and the ones he faced were very limited and yes he was sparked in 1round. Firpo was a weight lifter and not a real boxer, so that highlights my point, the fact someone so limited can knock Dempsey out the ring
