    let's see...
bowe has a massive 50 lbs size advantage, 4 inches in reach and height...
bowe also has a great left jab and nice right hand on the outside, and that great inside game, throwing short uppercuts and hooks in combos...
really can't see how dempsey can win this.

not only is bowe much bigger and stronger and is a better outside boxer, he's better on the inside than dempsey....

like i sad before, bowe is kryptonite for smaller come forward fighters!!

you have a great jab, great legs and great defense, something like muhammad ali, you have a chance against bowe....
you come straight to bowe, you'll get smashed...

suzie if i remember correctly, you used to train in the same gym with big daddy...can you say to us something more about bowe, is he a good guy etc...

He is a good guy. He always talked with everyone in the locker room. Gave the young kids good advice. Bowe was Hard to understand sometime because he really slurred his speech. Him and McBride used to have WARS in sparring.

Bowe told me Tyson ducked him. He was very adamant about that. He also said he had severe medical problems for years in his testicles because of what Golota did to him. He called Golota a phaggot.

He never talked about Lennox. Never once. I have some quotes from him about Holyfield, Futch somewhere. Ill look for them

I watched McBride hit the mitts everday day. I couldn't believe how hard he hit. Brutal.

Bowe makes it easier than he should do.

By in fighting as he does he gives Jack every opportunity he needs.

If Jack is quick enough and hard hitting enough to dent Bowe we could have an interesting fight.

My money would be on Bowe but it isn't a guarantee.

While Bowe's physical advantages and superior jab should not be overlooked, neither should his less than stellar defense, which could be his undoing if Dempsey is able to explode early, and catch him off guard.

For what it's worth, the only version of Bowe I think who could withstand the Dempsey of Toledo is the one from the first Holyfield bout. Assuming they're both at their best, it's a very difficult fight to pick a winner in.

Bowe's sloppiness and lethargic footwork is made to order for Dempsey. This is one where I could see an early stoppage for Jack or less likely for Bowe to dig deep and make a comeback. But I'm going to go with Jack.

This fight would be hard on Dempsey, He would have to get inside, and that's Bowes wheelhouse. Granted Dempsey is very quick of hand and feet, But I see Bowes Jab slowing him down, and Dempsey will have to slug in close with Bowe.

Dempsey can do some severe damage over time , and Bowe would be a mess, But I think he just might have enough in the tank to stretch the fight to the end, and clinch a decision.

I like Dempsey and would say this would be a difficult fight for him, Bowe could brawl, and Dempsey would oblige, Bowe may not hit as hard, but those extra 50 lbs will soak up the damage and put the hurt on Jack as well.

Very good match up... if Holyfield could beat Bowe, Dempsey could as well. Not quite able to favor him though.

Yet you would pick Bowe without hesitation over Marciano

LOL, no sub 200 pounder is gonna beat Bowe, never, especially one with zero regard to defense , who was ko;ed /knocked down by bouncers and tough guys....I can assure you that Dempsey has never been hit that hard and often as Bowe would nail him....Hide probably hit as hard as Dempsey and Bowe had him on the canvas I forget how many times.......Bowe has never been stopped and has ONE razorthin loss on his pro career in a absurd fight with a fan man and a collapsing pregnant wife....

Dempsey, Marciano, Schmelling, Baer etc etc would get murdered by a motivated/trained Bowe.

    The end.

Very tough fight for Jack because of Bowe's inside ability. Tough fight for Rid**** because of Jack's speed and power and his own porous defence..

Me too! Unlike Dempsey, Marciano is too slow for Bowe, after taking the jab he would be caught by that right and either tied up or punished inside, Bowe could lean on him and tire him out. Just too big for Rocky.

This would be a cracking fight.
    Like the Bowe-Holyfield fights.
Dempsey's even smaller than Holyfield, but probably hits harder.
    I'd call it 50-50 roughly.
