Both in their peak years. Let's say by Dempsey era rules with those era gloves. Dempsey era training / diet, ect.
    Who wins?

Jones could be a very troublesome opponent and the best of Dempsey's roster. He has a good chance at an upset. However, Dempsey can end it early if he can get to him. But RJJ isn't going to be there like a statue.

When Dempsey lands, Roy sleeps. And he'd land quickly just like John Ruiz did (lmao).

    Dempsey KO1/2

I'm very confident in saying that Dempsey frags his ass, and badly, too. Dempsey was fast, accurate, relentless and could take a shot. That's the last kind of HW that RJJ should be facing.

Jack attacks early and keeps the pressure up. Jones does enough to keep it even. Mid way through the fight, Jack finds Jones s chin and drops the bomb on it.
    Dempsey ko 7.

A shot Dempsey was able to catch the likes of prime Sharkey. This shows his relentlessness in his pursuit even if he's outclassed. In his prime he was able to track down and break ATG LHW Battling Levinsky. I'd say Dempsey has a good shot after adjusting a bit to Jones' breakneck speed

    Dempsey KO 3-5

    Let's see....Dempsey's power...mindset...."kill or be killed" attitude...aggression...ability to take a shot...vs.Roy Jones' chin....Gee....I don't know......

Can we be serious ? Dempsey would be way too strong , fast enough to track him and would take his head off as soon as he landed .. KO inside of five or six and only if Jones runs . Wanna really know give Jack the time to use the same PED's Roy was on ..

RJJ could win against guys at HW that had no speed or footwork or power. JD isn't one of those guys.
