Jack Dempsey vs Roy Jones, Jr

Dempsey is too rough and dirty for Jones to survive. He'd slow Jones down and maul him on inside. KO after interesting first half of the fight.

 

Tunney could take a punch. Jones could not. The other issue is does Jones come into the fight roided up? Is Dempsey allowed to Roid up? Dempsey on ROIDS becomes a homicidal maniac with ATG boxing skill.

Interesting fight for a few round. I don't see Dempsey stopping him early, Jones would be all over the ring to start with. But Dempsey s going to get his man. Like a cobra striking, he'd finally connect with Jones chin and we'd see Jack's power at its best.

Dempsey hit far harder than anybody Roy ever fought and he had far faster hands than J.Ruiz, Roy was caught a bit too much by the slow Ruiz for my liking Dempsey would have caught him much more and thrown more too, Roy was too slow at heavy to beat Dempsey he would have to come in lighter and use his jab which he didn`t like to, Tunney had a much better jab than Roy and he constantly kept Jack off balance by threatening to throw his jab, Roy is overated as a heavy by a lot of fans.
