The footage is excellent. Its clear and close up and shows some of Johnson's best stuff by himself, or working with that welter weight sized guy in light sparring. The only piece of footage I haven't seen on Johnson which likely exists is his boxing match in Mexico which took place in a bull fighting arena. Supposedly this film shows Johnson's best defensive performance on film.
