As we all know both are ATG's with in their own right while both are also famously known as slick defensive wizards, but who takes this one in the battle of the legends, old vs new, Haye vs Johnson? With the fight taking place under modern rules needless to say with both men having lets say a 2 month training camp.
He wasn't really any bigger than Haye he was actually 2 inches shorter and there was not much of a weight difference. That same glass jaw that took Wlads best shots for 12 rounds, the same Wlad who many on here try and claim is one of the biggest heavyweight punchers of all time atsch If he was a coward he wouldn't be a boxer and he certainly wouldn't have took a fight with Wlad and wouldn't be negotiating a fight with Vitali. Congratulations its rare to see somebody get so many things wrong in such a short comment.
Have not seen enough of Johnson to have a legit opinion but I do know that he had good power and was very tough and that could be very bad for Haye.
Haye on account of speed, technical proficiency. Johnson can match or surpass his power he is very tough but he is far behind in terms of technique. I'd take Haye UD. I think he would respect Johnson's power and pot shot his way to victory.
Please tell me what shots he took for 12 rounds? :roflatsch Haye was too busy running and falling on the ground to take any shots. Or throw any either.
Johnson can't handle that speed and power. Just remember that against guys his own size and smaller Haye is a ****ing beast.
