I personally wish the two of you would draw the line at physical challenges ... it's one thing to go at it in posts but truly, considering the potential for insanity out there you should both know when enough is enough ... I personally read both of you for profit, enjoy a lot of both of your thoughts, appreciate how things can get really heated but truly guys ... when a potential series of exchanges gets toxic past a point simply ignore the guy as we have all done to many and many have done to us all ... :good

By 1915 a lot of the heavyweights, bar wills, seemed equally past prime: johnson was still faded but had coasted for 5 years whilst the likes of langford, jeannette and mcvey had pummelled each other into a state of shotness.

Under limited rounds, say 20, after 1915 up until maybe the rise of dempsey, there's only wills I think who could have beaten johnson.

You may interpret Mendoza's lack of response to my queries as to his flight times , and, destination in what ever way you see fit.
Fact is he entered the UK without getting in touch with me in any way and ,just as anonymously left it.

So, johnson v jeffries 5 years earlier... Fotc material. Both fighters in their prime with johnson perhaps being a tad light.

I didn't challenge anyone, Mendoza challenged me.I accepted , given the same circumstances ,I would do the same again.
The day that I do not ,I hope some one will be kind enough to shoot me.

Ahem, the fact is I told you repeatedly to pick a ring, you never did. The fact is I asked for your email...you knew why and declined. The fact is you went dark for 3 months and did not post here when things were heating up ( and declined to say why or where you were ).

Then you post away when I was away and ask to meet up in the one place where only a moron wants trouble. The Airport.

You a sad piece of crap old man who in my opinion has nothing better to do that lie about his social status and post here. Color yourself luck we never meet.

You asked for my e mail address on an entirely different matter, concerning fight footage, this was several months previous to my agreeing to meet you.
I cannot be bothered to trawl through 1,000's of posts to prove what you and I both know is true, 3 weeks before you left the States I sent you 3 pm's asking for details of your flight and times of arrival this was in mid march ,you were due to start your vacation in April.
Receiving no reply, I then posted a public thread with your name prominently in the title, you posted on this forum the next day, and the day after that, but did not acknowledge or respond in any way to my request for flight times ,or air terminal information.
I will swear to this on my children's, and grandchildren's lives, and my parents graves.
I know it to be fact and, so do you.
You made no effort whatsover to contact me and ,did not surface again until you were back in the States.

I received two offers from US posters to substitute for me, both of whom are still active on this forum. I thanked them and, informed them that some things you have to sort for yourself.
Here is a little nugget of info for you, during my absence from this forum I was for a time in hospital , another poster here could confirm this.

You missed a golden opportunity to beat a 62 year old man recovering from an op.You should kick yourself that your rectum fell out of your arse, because it is likely you would have won the fight.

I knew however ,when you stated how fast you were, and how hard you hit ,you were gutless, and just pissing in the wind.If you can do it you do it ,you dont ****ing talk about it,in the hopes of frightening off the opposition.

This is the last time I shall refer to this ,or respond to your posts on the subject .You were totally silent and invisible, when you were in the UK and crept out of it like a thief,if you were up for it you would have contacted me on this forum, either just prior to leaving the US ,or when you had arrived in the UK.But you were not ,and you did not.

One day you may learn that it is not the winning that is the most important thing in such situations ,it is having the balls to accept the challenge, win or lose ,nothing can be as bad as knowing for the rest of your life that you swallowed you knob and, are yellow through and through.
YOU ARE A COWARD ,AND A LIAR AND I DESPISE YOU.
    End of.
Apologies to the rest of the Forum for taking up space with something that has run its course , I won't mention it again.

    I wouldn't compare it to ali-holmes.

Ali was already on the back of a noticeable decline in performance plus losses and a retirement.

    Jeffries was seen as superman.
