The first picture (not shown on HBO) shows the terror and pain on Johnson's face as he is savaged by the whirling fists of this proud white slightly-hairy man.

The second picture (which was presumably shown live on HBO PPV) is a clear example of HBO staging a fight to promote one of the long list of African-American hypejobs, marvel at the sheer fakeness of his victory over a brave white actor.
