You make plenty of mistakes too. When you outmatched in debate vs men, which happens often, this is all you have!!!

Yes you can. Gunboat floored and hurt Johnson. his manager cut the 4 round match short! Deal with it, and stop holding back on the book in this corner as Smith tells a bit more than you care to post!!!!

Not at all, moron. A fighter can be long in the tooth due to many fights. Its not all age. Get a F'n Clue Lenny.

Great. if they can read newspaper reports, its fine with me because I often post what was written by those who were there and lived in the times! Or on film which we all can see.

Schreck beat Hart in 1909 at the end of Hart's ring career. Not sure if Marvin was blind in one eye when that happened or not. From 1909 to 1916 Schreck only won FIVE OF EIGHTEEN FIGHTS! HE WAS NOT VERY GOOD THEN. Dumbass.

I see Schreck KO'd Gardner in 1905, yet Jack Johnson took the same guy the distance!!!! Does that make Schreck better than Johnson? Of Course not, but this is what your left with. Grasping at straws, and manipulating the data to make you god look better.:lol::lol:

in 1909 Heck yes he did!:deal Seems like Johnson's manager booked the fight. My quesitons are how much was the purse.

Schreck also beat Hart in 1906 and 1907.Look It Up!:yep

I will answer one of your QUESITONS:lol:.

" That afternoon I boxed with Ketchel for a few rounds, them,at four o clock I got over to the Seal Rock House and Jack Johnson put on the gloves, and that's where they begin to think I was something because I hit Jack Johnson on the chin and knocked him through the ropes and damn near out of the Seal Rock House."

"In This Corner" . Gun Boat Smith speaking to Peter Heller the author ,excerpt from a taped interview 1970.
Verbatim report of Smith's account of the sparring session.

Careful about lying now, because quite a few posters have this book. You try and wring mileage from this sparring session every time Johnson's name comes up ,it has been discussed ,and disposed of several times in threads previously. Boxers get knocked down in sparring ,for example,
Rocky Marciano was knocked down by Toxie Hall whilst he was training for Cockell,Sonny Liston was knocked down by Ray Patterson, [Floyd's brother,] whilst training for a fight in Sweden. Mike Tyson was knocked down by Greg Page.

Did anyone suggest this entitled them to a match with their employer?
Desperation has lead you into ridiculous avenues, and startling lapses of judgement, you have gone from being the Forum's buffoon ,to becoming its deranged Johnson Stalker.
    Get treatment NOW.:-((

Jeannette's next fight ,after losing a 6rds decision to Johnson, was an 8 rd tko over a 47 fight Sam Langford. Any comments on this?
    You mendacious, masturbatory,moronic,misbegotten,mindless,miserable,miscreant?:patsch

Spare us your thesaurus. I took a look at Jeanette's record in Box Rec.

When he first meet Johnson was 0-3!

Jeanette's record when he beat Johnson in two. A fight where Jeanette took it to Johnson in round one, then your boy fired multiple low blow combinations was 5-4-2.

Jeanette's record in the last Johnson fight was 8 wins, 7 losses, and 2 draws. And he drew with Johnson!

As I said before, Johnson meet a novice Jeanette, when Jeanette had only a few fights, and sometimes a losing record!!!:deal:deal:deal

When Jeanette came into his own as a fighter, Johnson would not give him a title shot! Jeanette said Johnson drew the color line against his own people.

All the name calling in the world won't clean the stain on the record here.:lol::lol: But we know that's all you have in these type of threads.

    Summary:

Johnson fought a novice Jeanette, could not knock him out, lost once with shame, and drew to him.

Well MCVey, let's see who is omitting information? Hint-Hint, its you you sad old man! Stop lying.

Here's what Smith said about Johnson in " In this corner " !

Smith on sparring with Johnson: "That's when I began to think I was something because I hit Jack Johnson on the chin and knocked him through the ropes and damned near out of the house. Johnson never did get over that. When he come back to New York he says, 'They got a fellow out there, my God, he'll knock a brick wall down!' -meaning me"

I'll close with a quirky comment Smith made on Johnson: "Jack Johnson told me when he was fighting Stanley Ketchel - in those days he was almost human, you could talk with him - he says, 'I'll quit before I take a beating.'"

How come you left out the he ( Johnson ) never got over that part? Please explain. Now!!!:deal:deal:deal:lol::lol::lol:
