arum will do it. at a catchweight it will draw big, especially around the texas area and chavez will keep his belt even after kelly sparks him out.

I like Froch, and people know that. However, Carl eats right hands like a kid eating Skittles! Not a great asset for beating KP.

ah, i did not check his weight from that fight, i assumed he would be weighing in around the 164lbs mark, if his aim is to rule 168lbs then good luck because that is going to be very difficult, always seems to be a fairly large jump between middle and supermiddle, i like Kelly and hope he does well.:good

he literally fell right into a right hand during the kessler fight that wobbled him a bit. kess landed it at around chest height.

carl made a fan out of me long ago. i think he's great for the sport but anyone who thinks he walks right through pavlik is seriously overrating carl and underrating kelly.

it would be a great scrap.

Pavlik can definitely bang.. Didn't see him use his 1-2 too much in the short fight, hoping he was just working on other things.. KP with no 1-2 is a no no.

Jacobs opinion on that subject is like an 8 year old saying his dad is the richest person he knows

I like the fight a lot. The one thing I don't like as a Froch fan is that Carl is really vulnerable to both straight right hands and left hooks. Of course, as a Pavlik fan I think that's great news!

they were working on the left a lot in training. kelly said he threw so many his arm was dead. he also said jaco was obvioulsy looking out for the right and left himself open for the left.

AND Jaco let his right hand drift out of position ala Jesse Brinkley, and KP did the logical thing.

i was pretty pleased w/ what i saw out of him. never expected much outta jaco and knew it was a glorified sparring session. but kp looked healthy and seemed like he was interested in what he was doing.

By the eye ball test Pavlik's punches looked better then they have in a long time. Makes sense, he has been training harder then he likely has in quite some time maybe even since the Taylor fights.

Arum won't let Kelly spark him out , he will lose a golden goose .
If Kelly really wants this fyte 2 happen , he has 2 drink a lot 4 it , and pray of course . If it will b a catchweight , my guess is 162 , hard 2 guess which 1 of them needs more dehydration 2 make it .

I don't see Arum feeding his cash cow to KP. The only way it happens is if jcc's deal is running out and he won't resign. Martinez might be a better match up than KP so why risk it unless kp pushes his way to the top of the rankings.
