No ****ing way was he 185. 180 I can believe(he said he was 180/185).
But to dehydrate 25lbs? Nah.
Anything above 15lbs becomes problematic(regardless of weight class). So if he was around 180, I do believe him when he says he felt sluggish.

Look at the GGG weigh in, Jacobs was smiling and energetic. He did look drained but it didn't seem serious(Think Morales-Pacquiao II)
Now compare Jacobs to Chavez Jr. at 160. Now Jr. most definitely was drained as ****. Martinez looked like the bigger man during the weigh in.
