i hope he is sharp. hope his sparring partners are the right kinda guys to help him with ggg cuz he gunna need it. how sharp can jacobs be? he fights mora and mora gets hurt then a 1 rd fight vs quillin. and a easy ko vs mora or stoppage i dunno if hes ready for this. jacobs however is fresh hasnt been in any dangerous fights besides the one he lost. jacobs better be working hard in the gym . cuz he needs it !
He looks relaxed though which I like from Jacobs,after seeing Brook it gave Jacobs some hope I'd say. Should be a mega fight
I just keep picturing what pirog did to him. Granted that was long ago and Jacobs has evolved as a fighter since, but that chin is going to get tested against one of the strongest men P4P. I really hope Danny can make it competitive, but smart money is with Golovkin by knockout.
Jacobs getting slept the way he did off one punch is no bueno. Jacobs getting out on his bum by Mora is no bueno. Golovkin will land he has great punch selection. The question is what happens if Jacobs lands and hurts GGG. Jacobs best chance is to jump on GGG and try to get him out of there ASAP. The longer the fight lasts the more dangerous it is for Jacobs
I think Daniel Jacobs is one hell of a fighter. However, I also think he can't last against Golovkin. In the end, there's going to be a lot of people saying how weak Jacobs was - and I don't believe it. I just think Jacobs is running into a "Once in a Generation" type fighter with Golovkin.
He has pretty good sparringpartners I heard, better as most of his opponents even. So he will enter the ring in shape. Question is, in which shape will he leave the ring?
It's sad to think , without GGG being king , middleweight division would have been so competitive, I'm still interested in a eubank v Jacobs fight, or quellien v Saunders, so many juicy match ups, but GGG is just wrecking everyone . It's beautiful to see, GGG is looking legendary , he deserves the name God of War, sweet boxing brutality, I can't get the picture out of my head of him abusing Martin Murray, the same martin Murray who had a life and death fight with froch victim groves!, GGG is probably the most feared boxer next to rigondeaux,
