    Jacobs feels that finally after 8 long years, Golovkin is finally going to fight a high B-level somebody.

    Lara already stepped up and fought Paul Williams and Canelo Alvarez. He gave a good account of himself in both those matches. Who has Golovkin fought?

    -Sergio Mora
    -Peter Quillin
    -Sergio Mora

    I may be giving him too much credit and could have used "Medium" B-level.
    What do you think?

    But if GGG beats JAcobs too, then, wouldn't that just mean the division itself is a bit weak?

    With Quillin, Jacobs and Golovkin as the division's top three, it's pretty obvious the division is dead and a wasteland. Much like the HW division has been for the last 10 years.
    I expect the MW division will not be resurrected until promising young prospects like Rob Brand and upward migrating Jr. MWs like Charlo, Williams, and Canelo take root.

    He's looked great, had perfect sparring partners.... and been allowed to drug himself of his face Scot free
