Mainly starting this so I can see exactly what I did each day. It will also help keep me motivated to improve without sparring. I'm 18 with 3 bouts training out of Canada. I have a bad left shoulder that will not allow me to spar, believe me I'm stubborn and it took four dislocations to get it through my head. Tonights workout 10 min double end bag (moderate intensity or mid speed) 5 RDS skipping 5 RDS shadowboxing 3 RDS uppercut bag (high intensity, using power) Heavy bag drill 3 min non stop punching, followed by 2 min then 1 min. 60 seconds rest between rounds repeat 3 times. 3 RDS speed bag 3 RDS circuit (bodyweight exercises) 1 rd boxer sit ups Stretch I do something similar mon-thurs and plan to post all of those days. I'm still in shape but admittedly have been skipping runs very frequently since my injury.
