So the ibf has ordered it to purse bid by July 5 hearn and Lou Di Bella can't reach a deal. So umm what do you guys think. Will the fight happen? this fight is real important and very interesting . All the other top mws are just waiting for a canelo/ golovkin fight. To scared to fight each other . Who would win in your Danny Jacobs or Sergey Derevychenko
LOL the IBF is stuck with no champion and contenders that aren't going to fight. I have to give them credit for sticking to their guns, but at the same time, I'm sure that they could have sat down with Golovkin and SD to work out some sort of deal instead of being so hard headed.
Jacobs might be able to eke out a decision, but he'd have to be slicker than a thief with Ninja skills who moonlights as a track star. Sergiy is a wrecking ball. I'd take him over GGG.
After Jacobs' last fight, I would give the edge to SD. The reason is I don't think DJ can take SD's pressure and power the entire fight. I think DJ does well until he gets tired and then he gets caught. Jacobs did not look good in his last fight. He looked old and vulnerable.
Agree with everything. Derevyanchenko is imo the second best and future number 1 in the division. He destroys Charlo and Canelo, again imo. Although if you had to twist my arm I still think GGG comes out on top right now.
Jacobs has not regained the form he showed against Golovkin. Frankly I'd favour that DJ over SD, but, as it stands, I think I'll take Derevyanchenko by decision.
I imagine it would be Jacobs' side that is reluctant to take this fight now, if one of them will be. Hope the fight happens, it's a good one. I don't want Golovkin/Canelo II to happen and all the other top guys in Jacobs, Saunders, Derev, and Murata just sitting it out fighting guys that are ten+ to one underdogs.
Jacobs has looked like crap in his last 2 fights. It's obvious that Golovkin ruined Jacobs. That said, who would Andre Rozier stick with? Jacobs or Sergiy? And who would Jacobs or Sergiy go with if Rozier doesn't pick him?

I don't blame Golovkin for taking the big money fight!!!!!!! IBF is corrupt! Remember the news years ago? I would pick Derevyanchenko to win, but the judges hate Eastern European fighters.
