Jacobs is susceptible to a good counter puncher like Pirog, Spike is too straight up for him. If Jacobs gets sloppy he might get cracked but I can't see it.
There are levels to this shizzle. Jacobs is probably the second or third best middleweight in the world. Spike is a fringe contender with a decent punch. He MAYBE has a puncher's chance if he can land, but otherwise he's just going to take a beating IMO.
Danny's a cut or two above this level, but there's been worse stay busy fights. I'd like to see a couple of the top guys fight to filter out the best of them. Not that there's anything they could do to jump BJS as top priority for GGG-Canelo.
Sounds about right as Jacobs is deserving of his second or third place although his win over Arias whilst comprehensive wasn’t spectacular
Jacobs is taking the easy route.................he will fight an easy fight, after all, he is a prima donna! Pirog sure knocked him out cold!
So fighting to your opponents strength is having balls? LOL Jacobs will probably fight O'Sullivan the same way he fought 3G. It's effective and if he can hurt Spike, I think Spike will fight less aggressive, which will favor Jacobs. Jacobs stops Spike between 6 and 8 rounds.
