    Ballard didn't look all that impressive. Let his chin ride high way too much and paid for it. That being said Munguia looked a bit sluggish. Got hit still way too easily. He needs to fight a top tier opponent. Ballard looked like solid B level.

    This I don’t think I’ve witnessed an exchampion need training wheels in another division as long as Mungia has.. He’s been the mandatory for the WBC and WBO for nearly 2 years and refused to step up towards either.

    I get he was supposed to fight Derevyanchenko next but why not fight the guy who beat him at least..
