Nah, if that crappy guy he was fighting last time can nearly decapitate him in the first round, The Mung One knocks him unconscious. You don't beat the crap out of Beefy Smith if you don't have a modicum of talent and a good chin. That being said, against a top fighter, Jaime will be exposed very soon.

I put together some information on Travell Mazion as he is not well known at the moment. I don't know how far he can go but he is exciting and a good watch:

Travell Mazion resides in Austin, Texas and has mostly fought in Texas during his career. He trains out of Arkansas Boxing Club located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He started boxing at 6 years old, turned pro at 17 years old, and was formerly trained by Ann Wolfe from when he turned pro, he is currently trained by Ozell Nelson in Little Rock, Arkansas. Nelson was the former trainer of Olympic bronze medalist & undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor aka ‘Bad Intentions’. He is currently signed by Golden Boy.

He had 75 amateur fights which were mostly in the South Texas area. He didn’t go to any national or international tournaments like the Golden Gloves or Olympics.

He has headlined and co-headlined a few of his fights already. He has been pushing for a fight with Jaime Munguia for while now, stating that he knows how to beat him and is ready. At 24 years old, he can get much better and improve with age.

He had a 25 month hiatus from the ring between 2015-17 due not only to management issues but also due to be being diagnosed with hepatitis, thankfully he was still able to continue boxing as his diagnosis was non-infectious (more info on hepatitis/boxing on link below).

Travell Mazion currently trains out of Arkansas Boxing Club in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas.

Beefy Smith arrived two days before fight night and had a night off for sure. No idea was wrong with him but Munguia is an overrated mug. Mazion just started reckless in his last fight. It was a lesson. Wouldn't overreact to one moment in one round early on. Mazion looking good. Munguia is just crap.

They're both crap IMO. But Mazion probably has more of an upside. But it's too soon for him to step up that high. It would look like Shields-Habazin.

Did you notice Shields little jab after the fight when she said " I was so glad my brother got to be here & share the win with me " Looks like he's going to get away with that nasty attack doesnt it ?

Rios keeps his left hand too low, he's gonna eat a hard right over the top that's gonna put him on his ass.

I agree, as it stands today Beefy would blitz Maizon. Maizon fought nobody & hasn't really looked that good

Yaaaaaawn. As Beef stopped the 40yo Roberto Garcia? Lmfao. Beefy is good but let's not make him a second Canelo or someone on that level. Mazion could easily beat Beefy and Munguia right now.
