I mean its very obvious that just even giving someone the prospect of the year is enough of a statement itself that they will be the face of the sport in years to come?

 

Not it doesn't. Prospect just means there is a possibility of something happening. Potential. If you sale cars, and someone is looking at cars in your lot, they are prospective customers. Meaning, there is a possibility they will buy a car.

 

This has to be hyperbole. Yea, he got KO´d by Paulie Malignaggi, but hes also taken a lot of punishment from bigger punchers.
