Fair play to mungers for mentioning his name.

I've said it before I'll say it again Rosado is a f*cking G.

Tbh, I dont know this Munguia guy. I took a break from boxing some time ago and was only watching "big" fights. I just looked up his boxrec, watched some highlights, not impressed. He gonna get chin checked by Rosado.

from what you typed you described him perfectly.

he is a face first Mexican with a mild case of Down syndrome.

He has an Iron Will & a Tijuana Dog’s appetite for leather.

I actually kind of like the kid,
But as I’ve mentioned in numerous posts it’s hard not to like Rosado.

despite my ethnic background / brain washing , I gotta root for the
    Rican Philly dog.

he is by far the better & more experienced
BOXER with a HUGE heart, but does he have the bigger heart & more voracious appetite then the younger Tijuana dog?

im pretty fired up for this one & hope it actually happens.

I'm no fan of Munguia but I think he walks through Rosado and is a bad style matchup.

I think Rosado is the right opponent for Berlanga. Wrote this a couple months ago.

That would be a helluva a feather in Rosado's cap, if he won. Munguia is nothing special but Rosado has been through so many ups and downs and has never quite gotten over the hump at the world level, despite arguably deserving the decision against a few guys at or near that. If Rosado doesn't suffer a cut or get dropped or hurt early, this should be interesting.

Whoa everyone ,pump the brakes for a minute, before Rosado threw that counter at a wild swinging inexperienced Melikuzev he was getting his azz handed to him. His fight with Jacobs was I think mainly based on the fact Jacobs never looked worse. I think Rosado is getting the best out of what he's got but he is what his record says he is. I'd say Munguia busts him up in what will be Rosado's last big money opportunity.

Go watch it again. In the 2nd round Rosado was making the adjustments and in the 3rd he was turning things around. He landed several clean right hands before the KO and Rosado himself said post fight that he just had to find the timing. He had no trouble fighuring the guy out despite the rough start.

And Rosado made Jacobs looks bad. One of Jacobs´ go to moves is his little flurries. Rosado completely negated that and drew him into a slow pace bout.
There were several times when Jacobs tried to let his hands go and push the action, but Rosado made him miss bad.

Don't misunderstand: I personally don't like Rosado, not a fan at all. I think given his limitations he would be better served testing a neophyte than someone a bit better vetted that will likely run him over. From a money standpoint, yea a Munguia fight makes for sense for him as it will likely be a last hurrah. Two birds with one stone, we see were Berlanga is, and it's far more winnable for Rosado than Munguia IMO

Was getting dropped part of those adjustments? I think he was credited with landing around 8 punches in the fight. He was getting shellacked and backed into the ropes when he landed the ko punch. His win had more to do with the wildness of his opponent. As I've said,,his record tells you what he is

What? That... the knockdown was in the first, I said he started making adjustment in the second.
And he only needed those few to get the W. How is this a criticism?
You need to watch it again
    https://ok.ru/video/2320905538216
    Round 3:
Bek comes out pressuring and Rosado looks to slow down the pace. Rosado then explodes with a quick straight right that lands clean(not a hard punch).
Bek continues to pressure and Rosado lands another right hand while dodging the counter.
Bek opens up to the body and lands clean. He then lets go a barrage of punches, some of them landing clean to the body, others on the gloves. Rosado pivots and resets the action. (Those were vicious shots to the body from Bek)
Bek now opens up again but Rosado counters him with a nice catch and shoot left hook to the body.
Bek goes for a wild left and Rosado looks to counter again to the body, they both miss the mark.
Feinting from both, Rosado looks to utilize the ring a bit more. Not much happening.
Rosado is now crouching low and baiting Bek in. Bek keeps pressuring him and himself baits a right hand counter from Rosado, which misses. Note that this is the same right hand Rosado landed clean earlier on in the round, except this time it´s was an attempted counter.
Bek pressures, Rosado sticks his lead hand out there to measure distance and to control Bek. Not a second goes by and Bek explodes and Rosado pulls the trigger, ending the fight.

Your entire perception of the third comes from a single flurry from Bek and the fact that Rosado was fighting off of the back foot.
In reality Rosado was taking control of the fight and set up a beautiful KO shot.

Yes, Bek is wild and unorthodox. This is why he is so dangerous. As evident in the first round when he so easily overwhelmed Rosado. Who the **** does that to Gabe?

And no, Rosado´s record tells the opposite of how good he is. I can´t comment on his first two losses however:
Angulo, Golovkin, Jermell, Monroe and to some extent Sulecki, they are the only ones to showcase a gap in talent between them and Rosado.
Arias, Jacobs, Murray, Ennis, Love and Guerrero all got lucky breaks from the Judges.
Quillin got lucky with the cut, not that the scorecards had an ounce of fairness in them that night.

If Rosado were as bad as his record would suggest, he would have been done years ago. Yet here he stands.
