Ryder will not be getting a fair shake of the sauce bottle with the judges unless he dominates

Mungia should beat him up and maybe stop him in a tough competitive fight. Ryder is way overrated these days. Canelo lacked the volume to stop him which Mungia has.

    Hard not like Mungers.

He is a nice kid and has been in some entertaining scraps.

He has gotten more gifts than a quinceañera though.

Mung lost to a shot Dev in many people's eyes last time out and obviously we know he only has to make it to the final bell to get his hand raised regardless if he deserves the W or not. Sadly, Juan Ryder has been robbed more times than a bank and the punishment he took against Clenelo whilst in a heavily compromised state after that Clenbuterol bomb broke both of his nostrils in just round 2 might have taken a lot out of him. The fact he was able to rally and win rounds and fight on even terms with Clenelo in the back half of the fight proves how tough and resilient he is. They don't call him The Gorilla for no reason and had he not suffered those broken nostrils in round 2 the fight would've looked very different to how it did

Juan Ryder is a North London boy like myself. In fact, he's from my borough and only lives a couple of miles away and everyone knows that the tiny majestic isle of Great Britain produces the toughest, fiercest warriors in the world and non more so than those of us who were blessed to be born on the hallowed soil of the jewel in the crown of that tiny majestic isle ie. England and in particular in its capital city London, and especially North London.

Nothing against Mung, but providing Juan isn't shot to bits after eating hundreds of flush Clenbuterol bombs from Clenelo whilst in a heavily compromised state, and providing he doesn't get robbed yet again by those thieving judges which he very likely will, he's going to beat the soul out of Mung's body and send him back to Tijuana battered, bloody, bruised and thoroughly beaten.

Ryder has little chance in this one. This will be another version of Munguia v Liam Smith. One sided and that’s coming from a Londoner.

If Jaime can’t beat John, he should quit.

Why? It's not like John has tasted actual defeat in the last 9 years, aside from losing to Canelo. I think it'll be the best win of his career and a minor miracle if he can get past Ryder.

Because if he can’t beat Ryder, he’s not going to push to the level they want him to go to.

Ryder is 35 and admitted this is his last fight. Feels like a retirement payday.

Well Ryder could win but he's got losses to guys like Rocky Fielding on his record and it's not like he's been active lately has he? ,,,and he's pushing 36 years old. Looks like good match making by Mungia's manager . Now it's up to Munguia to execute.

I think that Ryder won against Fielding same against Callum Smith, i also think that Munguía lost against Derevyachenko and Hogan

    Munguia by controversial decision.
