I'm terribly biased towards Jake but I really do believe he has the edge in skills, durability, and overall boxing ability. Antuofermo was tough and could fight but he wasn't really on Jake's level imo who is a top 10 middleweight of all time.

    Lamotta tko via cuts.

LaMotta is a bit too good for the at times underrated Antuofermo.

I scored Hagler-Antuofermo a draw when it happened (I was just starting to score fights, in my mid-teens, so I’m sure my card was pretty suspect if I had it to look at now).

Oddly, although I’ve watched the fight again, I’ve never actually scored it again. Need to put it on my list.

Figure if they make Jake actually weigh in at 160 day-of (he liked to come in around 164-5 against some poor welterweight in the lower to mid 150s (probably with Army boots on), he fades and Vito the Mosquito rallies late to sting him for a 15-round decision.

You could actually have Hagler / Vito a draw, depending on how you judge it. I thought Hagler won it, closely. Thing is Vito is such a rough, wild looking guy and Hagler is the picture perfect model of a boxer that appearances also play a role in how you see the fight.

I think LaMotta should win, but this one will be close on Vito's best day
