For starters people need to come to the realisation that these YouTube and influencer fights are not always on the level. People like KSI, Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are not on the level that they can be fighting top ex pros or fighters like AJ. I wouldn’t even regard Paul vs. Tyson as being real more of a scripted exhibition.

Secondly a 38 year old Stiverne is probably better than a 38 year old Tyson. Tyson had retired at 38 after being beaten by Kevin McBride and Danny Williams and then spent 10-15 years heavily on the cocaine and alcohol (like he did for the last 10 years of his career) Tyson’s prime was 35 years ago Stiverne’s was 10 years ago as he was a late bloomer.

    Ya Stiverne always gets underrated.

The Stiverne that mopped Arreola and fought Wilder the first time was a solid fighter, way better than the likes of Martin.

Its just a product of hate for Wilder and Fury, Stiverne at that time was about as good as anyone outside of the top 3 then as well as now…

The biggest question right now is, when will Jake Paul do what his dad should have done many years ago and pull out?

Why would he pull out of a fixed fight? He’ll probably win a few rounds then get stopped valiantly. AJ gets tens of millions and moves forward with a win that doesn’t derail a Fury fight, Paul’s stock goes up and keeps the gravy train going. All an act.

I can't believe there are long time boxing fans on here that actually think Jake Paul has a chance against anyone legitimate. The guy lost to part timer Tommy Fury who isn't even domestic level in his home country.

There's nothing in Stiverne since 2013 that suggests he's taken care of himself at all either. If he came back tomorrow and was defeated by a complete nobody, it wouldn't surprised.
Jake Paul is an average cruiser-weight at most, but he's fit, young and active.

Earnie Shavers was always in great shape, better than Stiverne, but at age 51 he couldn't beat a complete nobody:

The idea that fat 47 year old retired boxers, who haven't been in shape for years, who lost every fight they had in past decade, should automatically be figured to beat much younger boxers simply because they were briefly near the top heavyweight contenders about 12 years ago, or because they're naturally bigger, doesn't convince me.
Getting old is a real thing.

Nothing he’s done since 2013? He’s won a WBC heavyweight title since 2013.

More than Chavez Jr has done in that time and Chavez Jr caused Paul all sorts of problems.

We know Joshua is going to spark him out. But how long would Jake Paul last vs Gilberto Ramirez? Do you think he could last a full 10 rounds vs Ramirez or would he get stopped?

Could this Jake Paul beat Usyk? Since Usyk is declining a bit?
