A draw is totally feasible but Woodley just wasn't active enough to eke out a win, standing like a monolith in front of Paul and not finishing him despite the fact Paul gassed hard.

Weird fight and I watched on a muted phone, but I thought Paul landed more and cleaner outside of the one sided 4th and 8th rounds. On the instant replays a lot of what looked decent was half blocked (for the record I didn't revise my score based on replays, I thought it was pretty straightforward).

I was really shocked to see people here talking about Woodley winning. Like I said, I could kind of sort of see a draw.

 

Paul was there for the taking, and Woodley let it slip. He only has himself to blame here.

 

Lets be honest here, it took 1 shot and jake knew he didnt want this smoke. He and his brother be posturing but he knows deep down he dont want a rematch, nor does he want to fight a real boxer.

Woodley fought a horrible fight but he hurt jake more than jake would have wanted. Cards can say jake won cuz of "boxing" but he was on his bike after that one shot. But he really dont wanna fight anyone foreal hahaha

 

Woodley gonna have to get a I love Jake Paul tatoo to get a rematch.

He's a former UFC champion who defended his belt multiple times in multiple PPV main events against top level talent and was for a time being pegged as GSP's replacement for "the MMA Welterweight GOAT".

What does this comment mean? Last I checked Tyron weighed in at 170 and came into the ring at 190. Are we mixing MMA weight classes and boxing weight classes?

 

That's a weird way to get to a score I think is fine. That 8th round was all Woodley with Paul either fully gassed or just trying not to get stopped (and leaving more openings than he should have).
