    Once you get past Lomachenko, Haney and Davis there is a fairly large group trying to make names for themselves. While I don't think Ortiz has earned top five he does have the good win (Jamal Herring) that some of the other guys don't have. Just based on that he certainly earns some consideration for top five.

    As far as stepping up and fighting Loma, that's a lot to ask. I have to go with Loma on points.
