I think McCline will win a UD dropping Arreola in the process.

Co-sign. I think McCline has the tools to expose the extremely limited and overhyped Arreola.

McCline has what it takes to beat Arreola, but then again Jameel has what it takes to beat a lot of guys and always seems to come up short. Interesting fight that I'm not confident enough to pick a winner in. I'll just kick back and see what unravels.

Depends on which Arreola shows up. If it's the slob than McCline could easily pull it off.

I was wondering about that logic myself. Anything will get you into the club.

This glass jaw **** is just silly.

Even if Arreola does have a weak chin that by no way means a certain victory for McCline. Calvin Brock has a shaky chin himself and despite being dropping in that fight, he still got up to bring the fight to McCline and earn a decision victory.

McCline just has a way of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Ah another one of the "That punch would have KO'd anybody" crowd, I see.

Listen, that kind of "reasoning" is nothing but pure, baseless speculation. All we know about that punch is that it KO'd THAT FIGHTER.

I respct your defending of your boy Wlad, but I call it as I see it.

If you get knocked out cold or get knocked down multiple times, you dont have a good chin PERIOD.

    I'm shocked you're not in 100% agreement.

I can see Arreola going down early, but he seems to know his strengths and weaknesses, and he's shown that he's willing to take a knee when he's hurt (which is good because he still doesn't seem to know how to clinch). In every McCline fight, however, McCline runs out of steam after a few rounds and starts to turn into a sparring partner. After a few competitive rounds, Arreola should be able to take over and impose his will on McCline. I do agree that this will be a good indicator of exactly where Arreola is though.

A few years ago I thought Arreola had a lot of promise and could rise to the top of the division, but I'm severely disappointed in his lack of development since then. I think he would be very well served by getting a top notch trainer who can teach him some of the basics that he's missing, like how to move his head or block punches with his gloves or clinch. No way should he be top 10 though. Right now, he looks more like a busted prospect than anything.

I still think people make too much out of the fat thing though. He's a chubby guy, no amount of conditioning is going to change that. He does a ton of road work, and he's never showed stamina problems in the past.
