Size difference is crazy for this weight division. As is Herring's reach advantage. Frampton is going to need his timing of old to make up for his physical disadvantages.

Semper Fi will do alright, but can only see him bagging a few rounds off the Jackal.

Frampton is no longer interested in boxing, it’s just income for home now. Not that I blame him, you have to eat. I am surprised at just how short his career peak lasted. Maybe I just over rated him to start but hes not the same fighter he was under Bazza

he still probably has enough left to take this fight though

If this was a few years back, I would've said Frampton but now... Herring has been doing great recently so it's Herring on points for me. Don't think he'll get the KO.

I agree his peak was short but I don't think you overrated him. His decline aligns pretty closely with no longer being able to make super-bantamweight. At that weight, where his lack of stature was less of an issue, his timing and ability to fight off the back foot or coming forward depending on what the fight demanded, made him top notch.

Maybe a win here can get Herring the Berchelt fight he was angling hard for. Miguel wanted nothing to do with him after he upset Ito, but Frampton would no doubt be the biggest name on his ledger
