Is he retired? Last fight was 2 years ago. Lost a split decision to Sir Jackson England. I thought England won convincing tbh I was shocked it was a split. Anyway is the Mell retired or is he going to continue plying his trade in the sweet science?
Probably yes I have it on my list last year with the mention " probably retired boxer " like Miguel Vazquez, Juan Hernandez Navarrete and Denys Berinchyk etc... And Berinchyk confirmed that he is retired later. I forgot Zhang Junlong, Zhang Zhaoxing, Meng Fanlong and Jamel Herring that I added just later on the list
And Jamel Herring is only in bare knuckle now his next fight will be May 22th. But probably retired in boxing yes.
He had a bareknuckle a few months ago. Edit: He has another coming up in May. He may have realised he doesn’t have enough left to compete at the top level in boxing, so he’s niched out and gone the bareknuckle route, where he can make ok money while still winning fights.
