Tex Cobb knows a thing or two about boxing:

" “You’ve got to understand, anytime you’re dealing with somebody of the caliber of Mayweather—you know going in he’s a defensive genius,” former heavyweight boxer Randall “Tex” Cobb told Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show on Monday.

“What does that mean? Well, that means you’re not going to hit him with a handful of rice.

“If you want a slugfest, you could go down to half a dozen gyms in this city and see some guys get down, nose to nose and raise the ruckus,” Cobb continued. “But if you’re interested in a technical, brilliant fight, well that’s what you paid. You didn’t pay for a slugfest.” "

Then how do you explain him blaming his loss due toa last minute blood test (which he did) to Morales 5 years prior? Did he predict this 5 years before?

Moreover, he agreed to unlimited urine testing and blood test immediately after the fight. Given that all the catches so far has been via urine testing, and that if blood was to catch it, he would have been caught immediately after the fight, it seems 100% congruent with his belief to me that blood test weakens him.

I can relate, I had a blood test done and I sat at reception frozen and my whole body went numb. Now after every blood test, a nurse has to oversee me for the next 5-10min. I understand it was probably a unique reaction by me but it happened.
