    Seeing how Toney/Peter 1 went, I wouldn't discount toney's chances totally against peter again. Toney sounded less punch drunk (than post peter 2) and looked a little better. If the fight were made soon and toney kept working out, he'd have a shot especially because fat ass Peter would probably underestimate him again.
