I dont think Davis is a top fighter, decent yes but no more than that.

 

No statement sent out by DeGale tonight a routine win against a fighter that is decent no more than that a career that has totally flat lined.

2013 a total treading water year for DeGale.

 

I think people are letting their personal hatred for Degale get in the way of the facts,the guy is very very talented,little bit rough around the edges but plenty to work with.

Fact is he's looked dog**** in just about every fight he's ever had. Same as the other

 

Certainly not a big fan of DeGale but he hasn't improved at all these last few fights average power & not a draw at the box office certainly don't help.

 

I think Degale is a very talented fighter, but he is such a twat... He needs to go to America and build his career over there, get a decent trainer and try and win over a few yanks caz everyone hates him over here.. Some off these comments on here about his skills is bordering on ******ation, Degale is a good boxer he completely bossed the first 6 rounds tonight

 

That was a very good performance for Degale. He is a very very good boxer. His only defeat comes at the hands of George Groves in a very tight fight. He is very unlikeable but he will beat Bika and Degale v Groves 2 would be great fight

 

In bits of the first 7 rounds he looked excelllent but this was aginst a very very average opponent.

Some of his technique is horrible but he does have superb handspeed.

Some of his reflex fighting is very good but its against limited opponents.

I see nothing in him that is going to get him past a world class opponent.

This is not hate it is simply what I see.

His punches are still very amatuer and lacking power. Loses everything off the jab by crossing over his body.

Simple simple things to fix, but he never will because he knows best!

 

He won't get Bika out in 7 rounds so personally I think he will be in a lot of trouble against the Scorpion.

There we go another idiot letting his personal hatred cloud his judgement,you obviously didn't see any of his earlier fights or the night he gave Paul Smith a pasting in his own backyard.If you don't think Degale has talent or the potential to be a very good world class operator then you don't know your boxing.You need crawl back into the hole in which came.

Chavez would have to stop him otherwise he'd be outpointed. Let's be honest Chavez was lucky to get the decision over Vera, DeGale has just beat a top fighter.
