    I thought Degale was supposed to be main card material?

    Why's he doing an 8 rounder with a nobody, what will that do for him or anyone else?

    just stop ring rust. Look at every great fighters from the 80's and before that they all had 8 and 10 rounders 2-3 times a year inbetween title fights.

    I didnt mean he should be headlining and on PPV every fight, infact he shouldnt even be anywhere near PPV.

    I was kinda taking the **** that Degale's supposed to be the next big thing, just won British title now going down to 8 rounds to fight bums!

    He can keep active in the gym sparring, or he can earn a bit of cash fighting some bum and SKY use his name to sell the fight more!

    It's good that he's keeping busy. Wouldn't do Gavin any harm fighting an 8 rounder as well.
