James DeGale fight this weekend

    Whats the relationship like with DeGale and Wa.rren these days??? , the reason im asking is that there has been basically NO publicity for this fight.

    Groves was getting much more hyped by Warr.en before his fights with Anderson and Stieglitz were called off whilst even DeGale has been very quiet along with his promotional team.

    I know there was problems a few months ago regarding contracts etc

    Are they even talking to each other???

    I don't know but it can't be good, I guess he'll see out his contract and go matchroom, as I expect bellew to do, maybe more

    If he was in favour surely ****** would be making noises about the Stieglitz fight, he isn't, Degale will leave as will a good few others.

    To be fair Matchroom is probably Britain's number one promoters at the moment as they have the best connection with Sky Sports currently and arguably have a just as good/if not better stable than Frank.

    i have a feeling he might get ****ed over on the scorecards on saturday, co-promotion by team sauerland and italian promoters round zero, if degale has no one promoting him then whos gonna care if he does get **** over, frank might be feeding him to the wolves over his petulance.

    Normally the suggestion of any fighter going to Fat Mick would sound ridiculous, but maybe the TV rights would sway him. :think

    This. I'm hoping Hennessy can build a stable with the backing of Channel 5, he needs to produce better under cards.
