    yes, THE Fidel Monterrosa Munoz......boxrec has him listed as a welterweight with 39-18 record……….with 5 of his last 6 fights ending in ko losses.

    yes, mr degale has gone out of his way to prove to Critics that indeed pro Boxing should be outlawed!!
