Too many of them watch Roger & Floyd doing speedwork & want to copy:-( Manny Steward is good on the pads & gets Wlad punching through the target. I like Chris Okoh's padwork as well, here he is with Dillian Whyte (starts about 2min) He's using the pads to watch & correct Dillians technique & making him use his feet. DeGale will be out again in December likely on the card of Tyson Fury's fight. Who gets prime billing however?
It's partially to feel the impact of their fighter's punches and to ensure their hands aren't constantly being flown back every time they're hit. They need to slap to offer a bit of resistence to the punches to keep the padwork/combos/rythem flowing.
WTF? I go to Bluewater regularly and never heard of this place. Tickets are general admission it seems, bit of a gamble but it's only half an hour away...
I've always found him to come across as a decent guy. I'll be remaining on the Chunky bandwagon, just been a bit stop start recently!
Supposedly being held in the lower and upper halls?. I might go myself not bad for £30 to be honest and Lightening Lenny Daws is on bill.
My mind is seriously blown I haven't seen or heard of this venue, like my mind is obliterated right now. I don't even care about this thread anymore, what else do I not know about that I walk past often? This content is protected
