Degale is good. Maybe he's lost his way a little bit since the Grooves fight. Which is too bad cause I think he got jobbed on that decision. Close fight but should have gone his way. Eitherway both fighters have talent but need to be moved right.
Ah the unknown boxer prejudice strikes again. just because this french guy is not so well known doesnt mean Degale must get discredited. The french guy was damn tough and even with all the great skills a boxer may have if their opponentshas a granite chin and a forward robust/dynamic style it will wear the boxer down. The french guy got cheated out of his last fight, if he`d got the win he`d have only had 1 loss on his record, i think the french dude will be seen again in the not so far distant future
Quality post as always from you mate. Whilst I thought Degale was foolish to fall back into the ropes and fight Mohoumadi's fight, it's clear that this guy came to fight and came to win. This was a real test for Degale, and he still won fairly clearly. I think this guy would be a tough fight for George Groves as well. How many boxers can ship that kind of punishment, and keep coming for 12 round non stop?
I thought it was a good showing from Degale over a tough opponent. Degale has things to work on like not laying on the ropes, but his hand speed is very good and I could see Degale moving on. Degale and Groves look like the future of the SMW division
