degale is on the same level as groves(he actually lost to him) and groves made very hard work of murray and went to the brink with him

Golovkin on the other hand toyed with him knocked him down couple of times and stopped him

Well then it should be an easy fight for Golovkin.. I bet you Golovkin won't fight him.

What don't people get about GG? He has a goal.. To unify 160. It's not that difficult to grasp this concept is it? He is fighting Jacobs next which is a very good scalp. One more to go in Saunders & mission accomplished, everyone talks a good game about GG, Canelo does, difference is, talk is cheap. If Degale wants it get serious about, pointless saying such things whilst training for a unification bout at 168.

That's actually pretty darn good money that his opponents are making right there.

Alexander Brand's 30k vs Ward probably didn't cover his hospital bills.

I'm impressed. He's paying decent cash to get the fights made.

No wonder he's so desperate for a Canelo payday.

Why not fight Canelo? Good money to be made, yes.

Canelo needs to "dare to be great" and "stop fighting bums" and to "take the short money" to make a legacy.

    ;)

Degale talks a lot but hasn't really convinced me in the ring. He struggled and was beat by Groves. He struggled mightily vs. Dirrell. I'd allow Degale bragging rights if he blew away these contenders, however he went life and death with them. So he better shut up.

I've been following boxing for 22 years. I majored in Business. I work in the financial industry. Boxing is a sport, and a BUSINESS. Fights get made through BUSINESS dealings.

What's the problem again you stooge??

He got 1.5mill vs Willie Monroes 100k, thats pathetic pay difference

He never once took a pay cut to make a big fight and has only fought bums, you are impressed too easily.

If you want to see impressive numbers you should see what Canelo's opponents have received

Brook exposed the invincible aura of GGG imo. Brook was teeing off on him (that uppercut!) and even backing him up until the natural weight advantage and, tbf, GGG's power took its toll. The fact is GGG has never fought an elite fighter apart from a WW Brook. If he doesn't take a few legacy defining fights soon, I have a feeling he will be a mere footnote in boxing history.

He should, like, wait till somebody like Canelo has a MW strap, become mandatory, and FORCE him to fight! That'll show him.
