doubt he realy would but its a great way to build a fan-base for when the ppv's need shiftin later on

may be a bit late to be honest , after he turned pro would have been ideal

call me crazy but i still like to judge fighters on what they do in the ring. groves-anderson and smith-degale will tell us a lot about how the two prospects will progress

Interesting that he said he is gettin 90k for the Smith fight

Who knows an emphatic performance against Smith could get the bbc interested in a gold medal talent

And DeGale has the x factor (Gaz mentioned it first!) that could appeal to the public. The cheeky chappy type personality, he's got charisma. I find him very interesting to watch as well. Maybe he rubs some people up the wrong way with brash trunks and ring entrances, but the casual fan will find that entertaining. Frank Warren is looking for his next big thing, I reckon DeGale will be it.

DeGale's got a star quality about him. But I don't see him having much success at 168 at world level 'cause Ward and Dirrell are going to be running the show for years to come.

Shobox tonight just listed the Super middle talent coming through on the World scene and picked out DeGale, Groves and Saunders from the GB.
Marcus Johnson looked impressive and Edwin Rodriguez is up next. A few potential great fight in this division in a year or two.
