    Summed it perfectly.

DeGale lost something in the Jack fight. He trained like a man possessed and it was a war against a very capable fight. I just don't think the batteries could or would recharge after it. And, against Eubank, he couldn't pull the trigger and his punch resistance had gone - completely.

Did Eubank do any more than he has done in these sorts of fights? Not really. But enough to win against a DeGale who just didn't have it any more. But credit to him either way as I didn't predict Eubank winning the fight regardless.

Props to DeGale but his time unfortunately has passed.

Get over it guys, DeGale is washed up. He had that magic back when, now it's gone.

Move on with your lives. NexGen has arrived.

Yeah, I too had Degale to edge it going in, but unlike the Eubank-Groves last year, I wouldn't have put my house on a Jr defeat. I suspected we might get a rerun of Truax I, but he was even worse than that on the night.

Essentially he is a londonboy, they have a with a big mouth but cant deliver in the long run like many londonboys, they find themselves being weighed , measured, and found wanting.

Yes that should win me some fans, I realise.
