Stating clear facts is not opinion. The record shows Groves won the two times they faced each other.

    Best out of 5.
He'd probably misspell his name and call himself Bunky.

Regardless it was a close fight that I felt he won, he came forward and won the European title which is initially a step down from World class

Groves did look impressive with how he handled Smith but thats still at british level and he somehow managed to get a shot at the WBO

Now if were talking about a fight with Andre Ward or Lucien Bute ill agree, but this is for a minor world title. Groves dropped out of the Anderson rematch to get this fight.

Anyways it will still build up to a good rematch between the two so I dont really care either way, If degale improves on how he fought the first time I can see him winning a decision

I don't see your logic here - the belt itself isn't really worth anything, it's who you beat. So, by your logic, DeGale beat the Pole, but then Groves beat DeGale AND took out Smith in better fashion than DeGale did.

We also ALL know that this isn't any real sort of title. Stieglitz is decent, but a euro-level fighter at best. Basically it's Groves stepping up in level against a decent operator.

No... you've got it the wrong way around. Abril was robbed, but Rios is the one with the W on his record. Groves won a close fight by a round.

everyone says groves didnt win but how did degale win with the headbutt/push in round 9 groves outboxed him in rounds 2 3 and 4 done well in round 10 and finish much stronger in round 12 most of the rounds were 10-10 rounds with degale winning the first.

TBH i have no issue with people scoring it to Groves, but giving him the 12th baffles me IIRC that was the round on one of judges card that swung it?. It was a DeGale round for me but that's neither here nor there Groves got the nod and we move on.

I can't remember the details but I scored it to Groves by 1 round with 1 round close (not the 12th) that I gave a draw. If DeGale gets the close round then he gets a draw on my card.
