Round 8

Casey just isn't doing anything, giving this one away as the BN commentators say. A few high right jabs, but mostly just defending as Evensen circles and slaps. Looping left by Casey, slow and not fully serious about it - missing badly. Evensen is all over the place, slapping and poking at him.

The commentators have it dead-level.

I was preoccupied with Gomez vs. Wilson II during rounds 3, 4, 5, and 6 but of the four rounds I've seen Casey seemed to take three.

Were 3-6 mostly Evensen edging it on work rate as he did the 8th?

 

Round 9

Casey misses some right jabs and hooks coming forward. Evensen circles and flicks out his backhanded jab. Evensen noodles a limp 1-2 against Casey's guard, but is keeping him shut down. Casey is just winging body shots and mostly missing. Evensen steps around to the left and pushes a weak jab into Casey's face. Straight right lead by Evensen, and Casey lands a left.

So far, the German card has had the more attractive ring card girls - but he Danish card has the more slutty-attired ones.

Round 10

Evensen is hustlin'. Casey just wings a body shot at a time, and misses a large majority of them. Evensen does have some puffing about his eyelids, so Casey must have gotten in a few licks upstairs at some point. (maybe it's just been late-onset from a few rounds ago?) Evensen is out-chucking him probably 5:1

Round 11

Casey is walking Evensen down, letting slaps careen off his cheeks and jowls as he stabs in with his right jabs and left crosses. Body shots by Casey. Evensen is slowing down, still circling and flurrying busily but looking weaker and weaker. Evensen shoulders into Casey's lower body and bounces backward with spring-action. Casey keeps hunting, missing with a huge looping left. Constant aggression by Casey.

Round 12

Evensen is circling left and tossing his arms out haphazardly, just going through the motions. Casey is marching in and putting out authoritative right jabs and slamming the left down to the body. Evensen is fleeing, moving in either direction with frequent stops and reversals. Sloppy right hand from outside by Evensen. BIG RIGHT HOOK BY CASEY. EVENSEN HURT!! Another hook. Casey is giving Evensen no room to breathe. Right jabs by Casey. Evensen flicks out a weak left jab. Big right hooks loaded up by Casey, just clipping the back of Evensen's head as he ducks. More right hooks by Casey, in hot pursuit. Clinch.

So I wouldn't see it as being very wide for Evensen, even if he swept rounds 3-6. (that would make it 115-113 for him on my card)
