James Degale Vs. George Groves Possibly In March!

Would love to see them tussle at this stage of their careers and then a rematch when they both reach world level

 

Groves doesnt reach world level if the fight happens now. He just gets hit too much and Anderson in his last fight gave him way too much trouble. Degale would play with him and stopp him around the 6th.

Give it 4 or 5 fights and it will be a lot closer.

 

Although Degales got the edge, its a bit stupid to write Groves off completely he's a talented fighter and a good prospect, would be a closely contested match up imo.

I love how people think "give it 4 fights and Groves will have more chance". Give Degale 4 more fights and he'll knock his head clean off his shoulders. Groves is with the wrong camp and fighting the wrong style. His defence is absolutely woeful. There's no need to delay this fight if you are not promoting it. We are not, so let's see it. Everyone's talking like a ****ing promoter nowadays. "Oh let's wait until they grow", what's the point? As if Groves is going to overtake Degale in skill level with more experience? He isn't, let's get it over and done with so Degale can go further.

 

The winner will definately be going in the right direction as British and Commonwealth champion in very few fights. Hopefully the winner will then go on to get a European title shot and the loser can rebuild and continue their career

 

****ing hope so, about time we got a fight we want to see.

I never understand why fights like this arent made more often. **** all this waiting and building the fight. Let them at it. And down the road if both keep getting bigger and they get to the top level then a rematch would be bigger then it would be if not.

degale really isnt that slick,if groves sticks to boxing not brawling,he will KO/tko degale.
