Uzcategui is DeGale's mando. We should expect to see this fight before summer. As much as DeGale is great, arguably the best 168'er out there, I think Uzcategui is highly dangerous for DeGale. He has significant wins over Medina and Julius Jackson. His only loss came at the hands of a beast in Korobov. He's very tall for a SMW (6'2'') and has a 2½'' reach advantage over DeGale. I think he's a lot more dangerous than Gilberto Ramirez who's being marketed as the next best thing. How do you see this one?
That's a hard one to predict, Uzcategui may have some success early on and may even drop Degale, but I think eventually Degale will wear him down and win a close points decision.
Korobov is average with zero significant wins (and has been dropped/stopped) and Uzcategui was EXTREMELY disappointing against him, looked scared
Korobov was not dropped, he took a shot that literally would have KO'd anyone and the follow up barrage without going down, and he's far from an average boxer, in terms of pure skill he's much better than Degale only not quite as exciting.
