Shumenov has a world title in his 10th fight so it wouldn't surprise me

It still might be a little too soon imo. Both fights would be tough but winable but DeGale should have another fight or two at domestic level imo. Who is IBO champion, I'm sure Manfredo was not too long ago. Any I'd like to see him take on Groves next, then Manfredo and then probly Sartisan. As long as he only had relatively easy defences to make it could be a good move. I honestly think he could beat Abraham in a year or so if he continues to improve and AA picks up more wear and tear but he would have a chance of losing to one of these guys right now.

The former IBO champion was Bika he was stripped because of inactivity.
Manfredo was the Middleweight IBO champ, now the IBO SMW champion is Isaac Chilemba who beat the 11-0 6'4'' giant Thomas Oosthuizen (21 y old).
Isaac Chilemba is scheduled to fight the a interesting 6'3'' Russian prospect Maxim Vlasov (19-0). It will probably be a good undercard fight.

I've heard that Chilemba is gonna vacate the IBO.
