I'd say DeGale's more talented than Groves. Groves got battered in rd 1 off Smith. His problem is the trainer imo.

Btw anyone been in a spar with a smaller guy who thinks they're mint and tries to take a liberty coz your not meant to hit back hard?

 

Catching a person with a decent punch is hardly battering somebody.Then Groves stops him in the next round where as Degale spent 9 rounds slapping Smith before the ref decides to give goldenballs his stopage win.

 

JD is a failure, honestly why are they pissing around the bush with him, how many fights has he had 10? he's finished in my eyes

Kirkland is a total wanker in sparring from what I've seen, his trainer is as bad too. He was the first one that came to mind when reading this thread.

Degale could come good if he starts to show some more heart and spirit in the ring to complement his inherent boxing talent, I've never been sold on him as a pro tbh.
