Both had mediocre records before they fought for the title. Both beat the great heavyweight of their generation, in a spectacular upset. Both totally lost the plot after the title fell into their hands, and engaged in life threatening weight gain. Douglas's comeback is probably a good guide to what we should expect from Fury's comeback, if it ever happens.
