Given his effort against Tyson, Lewis and Bowe - I doubt it.

Three over, a chubby Munro who was under 6 foot.Van Buskirk a 6 footer who was 203lbs and 5-1-1,and Johnson who beat the **** out of him.The biggest man of any class he beat was Ruhlin who was 200lbs and had been wrecked by Fitz earlier,he suffered a panic attack took a few wallops to the body and was retired in his corner between the 5th & 6th rounds.

Have you put a quarter of the board on ignore as promised? I'm calling this BS out, and if you do it it won't last.

Johnson beat the **** out of Van Buskirk? :)

You mean Jeffries KO'd a prime an in shape Munroe, while Johnson went the distance with the fat and out of shape version?
Jeffries blew way Everett? Johnson takes a past his best Everett take the distance in a draw.
Jeffries Ko'd Griffin. Johnson losses and draws to the same man
Jeffries floors Choysnki at least two times. Choynski Ko's Johnson could in 3 rounds.

I find it hilarious on how you use a lower weight against the fighters you hate, and never mention them vs the fighters you support.

Quick fact, both Johnson and Dempsey were in fact Ko'd by men under 200 pounds. Happy now?:bump

I know that, why do you act like I don't? I never said that he faced Ali or Foreman, I just stated that he faced a few guys over 200 lbs in his career. Being under 6 feet tall doesn't change the fact that Munro was over 200 lbs.
What was Mexican Pete's weight in their fight? Or Griffin?

Everett was down twice in the 2nd round, and one more time in the 3rd when the referee stopped the fight.
"Their meeting proved to be a veritable farce, for Everett was completely outclassed by his burly opponent. He never had a chance to strike an effective blow and only Jeffries' good nature saved him from being thoroughly whipped before Referee Ward stopped the proceedings by awarding the fight to Jeffries." (Cripple Creek Morning Times) According to the Los Angeles Herald "...there appeared to be fully 50 pounds difference between them when stripped for the fray.

Griffin went down from a push in the first round and was knocked down twice by clean punches in the second. From then on he was in survival mode to claim the $100 forfeit. One report, prior to the start of the bout, described Griffin looking like a "famine sufferer". Attendance: 5,000
Munro was his heaviest when he fought Jeffries coming in at an estimated 215lbs in his last fight he had been196 and195 before that and 190 for Peter Maher. He was chubby ,carrying weight on his hips, legs ,and especially his ass.

Prime Bowe gives him an absolute beating. The ref stops this between the 8th and 10th is my guess

I don't how him being small and not a puncher makes him easier to outbox. Gardner was coming off wins over Root and Hart, and Fitz was a mess

Question in return. Would it be easier to outbox a bigger guy who was a puncher ,or a small guy who wasn't?

    True.
But if too fighters had equal success, you'd expect the lesser puncher to be the better boxer. No?

Because if they aren't a puncher they've got to be doing something else to get the wins.

They might be faster ,doesn't mean they are more skilful.
