he would be a great addition to TMT. he is right, it does seem as though GBP was not looking out for him as they should have been. they merely saw him as a stepping stone for rising GBP fighters. lets face it, he was supposed to get his ass kicked by Angulo and get dumped on the side of the road afterwards. he caused an upset and became a mandatory challenger for Canelo. they have dodged him for months with bull**** excuses as to why he cant fight Canelo. then when the opportunity rises, they plan on pricing him out to fight for **** pay against Canelo. they also gave him a very tough match in Carlos Molina while they kept Saul protected with easy fights and still do(Josesito) .

right on James, do what you gotta do. hopefully TMT looks out for him better.

Shame on him for suing Anne Wolfe, she may not exactly be a star-maker but she does a lot of work with real disadvantaged kids, many of which have just come out of or were headed to prison, like Kirkland himself.

 

Yeah, suing Wolfe and Pops because his career has slowed down a bit...that's pretty low.

Nope.

Angulo v. Kirkland was Angulo's first fight with GoldenBoy and Kirkland's last I believe.

He re-upped with them after the fight though I think.

I hope he is able to get out, it is clear GBP isn't a place for black american fighters, their sole priority is catering to mexican audiences and there is nothing wrong with that, but Kirkland needs to go to a promoter that will promote him.
