1. I said "people" don't like him because of the above bolded things, not that I hold those things against him. Again, learn how to read before you try and construct an argument based on false premises. The only reason I am not a fan is because he does not have any sort of defensive skill and he does not have a Chin to make up for this. If he could fight better or take a shot better I would probably be a fan because that style is exciting. It is not exciting when the person fighting with it is hurt by jabs.

2. If you are hurt and dropped by jabs, particularly jabs from feather fisted Japanese guys with all of 4 KOs to their credit, you have a Glass Jaw. This is not up for debate.

Im being serious.. Floyd is a guy that fights once a year and demands Tens of Millions of dollars per fight. He talks tons of ****, then he goes in the ring and tries his best not to get hit. Very immature comments in this thread. Lots of people backslapping each other and saying criticism of a fighter of a certain race for behavior in a 4 minute video is down to a genuine dislike on their part for everyone of his creed.

For the record, I'm not a fan of James Kirkland either and you don't see me going over the edge like you are. You said that people hate him for those reasons. Disliking him for his attitude and his prison record are both personal things and you lumped your reasoning in with "the people" that you speak of. I didn't do that, you did. Maybe you need to learn how to clarify your points properly? You can spin it how ever you want, but anyone with any sense knows that you hate him on a personal level and you can read it in your comments.

He was hurt and stopped by the Japanese guy (one not multiple like you're implying) that didn't punch hard, but he came back and dominated a guy in Angulo who can punch. That shows me that he has a lot of heart and dedication and I have to respect that. Do you hate Angulo as much as you hate Kirkland? Angulo was heavily favored to win against Kirkland and I'm sure you were one of the guys who thought he would win right? What happened?

I read your list of all time favorites earlier and you have Marciano, Ward and Gatti on it. Those guys weren't known for their skills and have been heavily criticized, because of that. Why do you like them, but not Kirkland? Can you honestly say that those guys were more skilled than him?
